My Story
Beauty Plug was created out of both passion and frustration with the current state of our industry. The pandemic hit salons and spas hard, and many never recovered. Some are still trying to put back the pieces. Since then, campaigns were created to take advantage of the vulnerability of our industry and push a new generation of beauty professionals toward an 'iPad Salon' model: clients walk in and check in on an iPad instead of being warmly greeted by a salon coordinator. These same campaigns trained stylists and estheticians to stop selling retail, which has quietly sabotaged our industry. The truth is, service revenue alone isn't enough to sustain most beauty professionals, and that's why we are seeing so much burnout.
At Beauty Plug, I believe that WE deserve better. I believe in bringing back the heart of customer service, educating beauty pros on the value of professional-facing retail, and reopening the multiple streams of income that salons have always relied on.

Through proven methods, I help salons and spas elevate their guest experience to a true luxury standard, while building and maintaining strong client retention. By teaching stylists and beauty pros how to maximize their revenue beyond services, I aim to reduce burnout in our industry and create a path where salons not only survive, but truly flourish.
